Handled is a sole proprietorship operated by Eliahs Hansult in Encinitas, California. Reach the operator at eliahs@builtbyhandled.com for any privacy question or request.

Live demo: when you describe a workflow in the on-page demo, your prompt is sent to Handled's servers and to the underlying AI model provider so an automation scope can be returned. If you choose to leave an email for the full audit, we store the email and the prompt together so we can follow up.

Audit booking: bookings flow through Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you choose to share. See Calendly's own privacy policy for their handling.

Email contact: when you email eliahs@builtbyhandled.com directly, your message and email address are received by the Handled inbox and retained for follow-up.

Site analytics: pages you visit are recorded by Vercel Analytics in aggregate. No third-party advertising trackers run on this site.

We use the information you submit only to respond to you, scope the automation you described, and follow up about a possible engagement. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We do not subscribe you to a newsletter. If you opt into the audit email after the live demo, you receive one email containing the audit, and nothing else unless you reply.

Submissions are stored in services Handled uses to operate the business: Calendly for bookings, our email provider for inbound mail, and an internal Airtable for live-demo audit follow-ups. AI model calls run through providers including Anthropic. Each provider has its own privacy practices that apply alongside this policy.

You can ask us to delete anything you have submitted by emailing eliahs@builtbyhandled.com. We will confirm deletion within a reasonable time.

You can stop sharing data at any point by not using the demo, not booking a call, and not emailing. Cookies set by Vercel Analytics can be cleared in your browser.
